Shipping Policy
At DI4Y SG, we ship all orders from our warehouse in Singapore, so you can expect reliable local delivery without the wait of international shipping.
Order Processing Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day, provided payment is confirmed before our daily cut-off. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that large and oversized items may require additional preparation time. These orders are typically dispatched within 7 days of purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any consequential loss or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking For small and medium items, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If you request to leave the package in a safe place, we are not responsible for any loss or damage once the tracking status shows "Delivered".
For large and oversized items delivered by our own fleet, a tracking number is not available. Instead, our team will send you an SMS notification 2 days before your scheduled delivery.
Large Item Delivery Our standard delivery service for large and oversized items is to the lobby or ground floor. For requests requiring staircase access or specific placement within your premises, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss potential additional charges.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for any delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any costs incurred for re-delivery or redirected shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
