Refund Policy

At DI4Y SG, we stand behind everything we sell. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, here's how we make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • All tags and labels intact

  • In resalable condition — no signs of use, washing, staining, damage, or odour

DI4Y SG reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and may decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as "Clearance", "Final Sale", or "As-Is"

  • Items that have been used, damaged, stained, washed, or removed from their original packaging

How to Start a Return

Email us at service@di4ysg.com (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM SGT) with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item, especially if there is a defect or damage

We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Return Logistics

  • Small & medium items: Once your return is approved, please send the item back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Large & oversized items: Our team will arrange a pickup at a scheduled time that works for you. We'll be in touch to coordinate the collection after your return is approved.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, if your original payment provider charges non-refundable transaction fees, those fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.
